Privacy policy
1. What we collect
When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and the spot you mark on the map, the contents of your order and your comment.
2. What we use it for
Only to receive, prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it and to keep your order history. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
3. Who receives it
The data goes to nika. For online payments a banking provider is involved to process the payment. Sellapp processes the data only to provide the technical service. We do not sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep the data as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet accounting requirements under the law. On request we will correct or delete it unless the law prevents us.
5. Your rights
Under Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection you may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Send your request to: nika.
6. Browser storage
This site uses only the browser storage that is strictly necessary to keep your cart on this device. We do not use advertising trackers.
7. Map and address search
To find your delivery address and to show it on a map we use Google Maps Platform (Google). When you search for an address, the text you type is sent through our server to Google so that it can suggest addresses. When you mark a spot on the map, or press "My location", that spot (its coordinates) is sent to Google so that it can work out its address. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google directly (which includes sending your IP address), and Google may also store its own identifiers on your device. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We use the address and the spot only to deliver your order. If you prefer, type your address by hand and do not use the search.
8. Customer account
If you open an account we keep your email (proven with a code or with Google), your name, your phone number (not verified), your saved addresses and your orders, so your next order is quicker. An account is optional; you can always order as a guest. Sign-in codes are sent by email through an outside service (Resend). On your account page you can download all your data or delete the account for good; past orders stay for accounting, with no link to the account.
